It provide a means of classifying various components and their relationships, and search for underlying business laws so they can be discussed and understood by the members of that organization. Frameworks add value as they are implementations of the patterns to avoid having to reinvent the wheel and help to leverage business paradox-pairs.
The purpose of developing a framework is to define the building blocks of principles, processes, and practices, underpin the establishment, governance of a particular activity; describe a set of best practices of how things should be done from the process and documentation side.
